Individual performance within organizations can be assessed more accurately when robots work together with employees.
How then can we positively embrace the robotics revolution knowing that the adoption of bots would improve the ability of companies to recognize and reward good employee performance?
This leads us to try to resolve a fundamental problem which is how to get the best out of our employees while observing the universal principles of fairness and transparency.
