Cross-Perspectives on Morocco's Development: Address by Mr. Mohammed Boutaleb at Euromed University of Fes

Euromed University of Fes had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Mohammed Boutaleb, former Minister of Energy and Mines, on the occasion of a remarkable conference dedicated to the development of Morocco.
