Apply for Mobility at Politecnico di Torino- Italy !

Open only to students enrolled in : Civil engineering, Electrical engineering, and cybersecurity engineering.

Deadline of submission: 15th april 2026

Terms:
  • Applicants to the program must be enrolled in at least the fourth year at UEMF.
  • The home institution (EIDIA/ EPS) will validate a semester-long course program for each of its exchange students through a Learning Agreement.
  • The Learning Agreement will be signed by all three parties (student, " Politecnico di Torino", "UEMF") and will certify the program to be completed.
  • Applicants to the program preselected by their home institution (EIDIA/ EPS) will receive an admission letter after their application has been reviewed and accepted by Politecnico di Torino.
Selection criteria:
  • Academic score 60 %
  • Language knowledge 20 %
  • Motivation, discipline and assiduity 20 %
Language Level Requirement

Applicants to the program must have reached the following language levels by the time they begin their studies abroad:

  • B2+ level in English (B2 level for English-language courses)
  • B2 level in Italian
Required documents
  • Copy of passport
  • Learning agreement, signed by a professor
  • Proof of Italian or English language skills (official test result)
  • CV in English
  • Letter of intent (motivation)
  • Official transcript of records

Application procedure for mobility

Step 1- Application :

Students willing to take part in this mobility program need to send their application file to their academic coordinator.

• For EIDIA students: applications send to : Prof mohcine Zouak m.zouak@ueuromed.org

• Subject of application : “Torino MOBILITY Application“

=> deadline: before 15th April 2026

Step 2- Pre-selection:

Each Faculty / School organizes an internal selection, and then they send the short list to the IMO.

=> deadline: before 20th April 2026

Step 3- file processing and Interviews:

Submitted files will be verified by the VP-RIP and IMO, followed by an interview to assess candidates’ overall suitability for nomination.

=> deadline: before 28th April 2026

Step 4: Nomination from Euromed

Final nominations will be made based on combined evaluation of file assessment and interview performance.

=> deadline: before 1st May 2026

Step 5: Application

Nominated students submit their complete applications to EPF

=> deadline: before 1st June

Additional Information

• Eligible fields of study: Civil engineering, Electrical engineering, and cybersecurity engineering.

• Maximum number of nominations per Faculty/School: 5 candidates to be sent to the IMO: S.elghali@ueurome.org
