In terms of study (theoretical and practical) and understanding of health issues in the development of the country;
In terms of mastery of tools allowing efficient intervention in the face of public health issues: strategic monitoring, social and civic prevention of endemic diseases, monitoring of the state of health of the population and its determining factors in terms of the environment, food security and living environment;
In terms of systems and policy analysis relating to the organization, delivery and management of public health services.
