Philosophy meeting, an opportunity to highlight medieval Arab philosophy

The Night of Philosophers reinvents itself to become the Rendez-vous de la Philosophie which takes place from November 7 to 12, in Fez, Marrakech, Casablanca and Rabat. This is an expanded event, organized by the French Institute of Morocco and which brings together leading Moroccan and French partners including the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco, the Moroccan Ministry of National Education, preschool and sports, the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, the Arab World Institute, the University Agency of La Francophonie, the Institution of Higher Education – HEM, Euromed University, the UFR of Philosophy from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Doctor in linguistics and translation, Professor and Coordinator of Spanish language and culture at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, Pr. Haja Chourak underlines in her article published in the journal "Marruecom" the importance of learning the Spanish language and of mastery of translation at the UEMF level.

Pr. Hajar Chourak represented the UEMF during the 2nd edition of the International Congress of the Moroccan Association of Iberian and Ibero-American Studies (AMEII) organized on May 26-27-28, 2022, under the theme “Common Heritage , imaginations and crossed experiences”.

Spain-Morocco, bridges and cultural discourses: subject of the International Congress organized at the UEMF

The Euromed University of Fez, which has worked since its creation to promote diversity and encourage intercultural dialogue, is organizing on May 18 and 19, 2022 an international congress which brings together Spain and Morocco through the contributions and communications of the speakers Moroccan and Spanish who will treat the subject from different angles such as politics and thought, art and architecture, literature and stories, commerce and industry.
