As part of its academic activities, the School of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning (EMADU) of the Euromed University of Fes organized a conference dedicated to current challenges in mobility and urban infrastructure. Entitled "Architecture, Mobility and Urban Infrastructure," this event was led by Mr. Anass Amazirh, a Licensed Architect (DPLG), and brought together students and teachers around themes central to contemporary professional practice.
Through the presentation of emblematic projects and field-based experience, the speaker explored current design approaches for structures such as bridges, parking facilities, and urban developments. He also shared valuable insights into technical innovations, conceptual choices, and the realities of the architectural profession in the face of urban mobility challenges.
This conference provided architecture students with a concrete immersion into the professional world, allowing them to better grasp the technical, conceptual, and operational requirements related to urban infrastructure, while nurturing their critical thinking.
Beyond its pedagogical contribution, this event illustrates UEMF's commitment to strengthening the links between academic training and professional practices, by fostering direct exchanges between experts and students within its eco-campus.
