- Confirm your registration with the chosen UEMF establishment by requesting a definitive registration certificate.
- Apply for the visa (mention “studies”) from the Moroccan consular authorities, for the countries for which it is established.
- Notify the UEMF reception and education service in advance of your arrival date
- Have a medical certificate attesting to your state of health or a vaccination record
- Provide the financial means necessary to cover expenses relating to administrative fees, transport, subscription to the insurance system, housing, etc.
- Bring the originals of all documents requested by the UEMF for registration

- Apply for your residence permit . To obtain a residence permit in Morocco, several documents are necessary:
- A university registration certificate
- A scholarship certificate or proof of income
- Your lease contract or proof of address (water, electricity or rent receipt)
- A 60 DHS stamp
- 8 ID photos
- A copy of your passport with the last date of entry
- The administrative form to complete
- Once requested, a receipt will be issued to you while waiting for the residence permit which is valid for one year.
