Missions:
- Considered among the strategic levers of the University, the Human Resources Department of the UEMF has a social, advisory and support role in the development of the University and the skills and careers of its staff. Therefore, its missions consist of:
- ensure the recruitment of qualified personnel to support the development of the University;
- work to motivate, involve and commit employees;
- ensure the development and mobilization of skills in line with the University's development strategy;
- guarantee compliance with work regulations;
- ensure social dialogue at all hierarchical levels of the University;
- participate in internal communication within the University;
- assist the Administrative and Financial Department with the preparation of payroll;
- contribute to the organization and management of annual evaluations in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department;
- contribute to the legal aspects of the University;
- ensure compliance with the values and HR policy of the UEMF as well as health and safety rules at work.
