Objectives of the Department of Socioeconomic Partnerships and Entrepreneurship:
Establish the mission of the UEMF as a platform for cooperation, exchange and intercultural dialogue between the two shores of the Mediterranean, in the areas of education, research and sociocultural projection;
Actively collaborate in regional integration in the economic (circulation of goods and services), social (population movements) and cultural fields between the north and south of the Mediterranean, with a natural extension to the African continent;
Propose and develop a national and international cooperation policy for the UEMF, in accordance with the university's strategy in its various areas of action;
Design and put into practice the UEMF development strategy, through bilateral and multilateral partnership projects with other institutions, particularly in the Euro-Mediterranean area;
Identify the means and tools necessary to develop cooperation agreements with universities and other research, teaching and development organizations, in order to establish stable collaborations improving the quality of the UEMF;
Establish strategies that strengthen the international visibility of the UEMF and stimulate the organization of meetings and scientific and cultural visits between the University and associated institutions;
Identify opportunities for exchange of students, teacher-researchers and administrative staff in the field of international mobility, in particular with member countries of the Union for the Mediterranean;
Coordinate the reception and stay of foreign students, professors-researchers and administrative staff and manage student stay programs in companies and other socio-economic and institutional organizations;
Develop tools to facilitate the professional integration of UEMF graduates and monitor all university graduates.

Development Projects

Prospect and set up UEMF development projects in partnership with public and private establishments.
Propose means and tools to develop agreements and conventions.

Partnerships 

Prospect partnership opportunities for setting up development projects.
Prepare conventions and partnership agreements.
Ensure monitoring of the implementation of conventions and agreements relating to development projects.
Manage communication with UEMF's national and international partners.

Mobility

Exchange programs 

Identify opportunities for exchange, at the national and international level, of students, teacher-researchers and administrative staff.

Organize and manage these exchanges.

Organize internships and visits for students in public and private partner organizations in Morocco and abroad.

Scientific Meetings 

Contribute to the organization of national and international scientific and cultural meetings.

Visitors' reception 

Coordinate the activities of the various training and research establishments in terms of welcoming students, teacher-researchers and foreign administrative officials.

Occupational integration 

Identify, group and disseminate job offers for the benefit of UEMF winners.
Organize an annual university-business forum to allow students to better interact with socio-economic operators.
Develop and update the university’s directory of winners.
Manage internships and student visits.
Ensure monitoring of the professional integration of UEMF graduates.
Establish an annual report evaluating the professional integration of UEMF graduates.
Submit the report to university governance bodies.

Monitor the implementation of measures taken by governance bodies to improve the professional integration of laureates.
