The Heritage Department's mission is to ensure project management during construction and development projects for new facilities and infrastructure on the UEMF Eco-Campus. Furthermore, the Management also has the mandate to manage the land, spaces and buildings by ensuring their operation, maintenance and upkeep within the limits of the allocated budgets. Guided by sustainable development principles, its actions also aim to minimize maintenance and operating costs while promoting energy savings.

The Heritage Department must also ensure the comfort and safety of users of the Eco-Campus while providing the services necessary for carrying out teaching and research activities in accordance with laws, regulations and standards. which in force.

The main missions of the Heritage Department are:

• development of the budget and the maintenance plan for UEMF assets;
• project management during construction and development projects for new facilities and infrastructure on the Eco-Campus;
• carrying out studies of construction and development work projects;
• monitoring of construction, maintenance, repair and redevelopment work; 
• management of the operation of spaces and buildings by ensuring their proper operation, maintenance and upkeep;
• environmental protection on the Eco-Campus;
• management of the supply and distribution of energy and water within the UEMF;
• management of human resources dedicated to guarding and security work, cleaning and gardening;
• management and maintenance of the UEMF vehicle fleet;
• links between i) university residences and ii) catering services.
• contribution to the organization of special events within the UEMF Eco-Campus;
• management for optimal use of UEMF premises, furniture and educational and scientific equipment;
